My choice of herbs for this everyday Immune Support herbal tea blend was inspired by what is traditionally known as nutritious and restorative herbs. Combined, they create a reviving, fragrant, and tasty cup of tea that will give your Immune system the needed support.
The herbs I chose are not going to stimulate the Immune system, but rather support its health and vitality. Immunostimulating herbs have a double sword effect on the results. Immunostimulants can erect cytokine overproduction and result in the cytokine storm.
As always, I like to choose local, powerful North American plants, the ones I personally grow from my own Back to Eden Garden, or handpick on nearby wildlands where man-made chemicals are almost non-existent!
