Acceptance of any contribution, gift or grant is at the discretion of the Siberian Cedar Land.

Any payment made by a donor accrues to Siberian Cedar Land and will be used by Siberian Cedar Land for a purpose that corresponds to Siberian Cedar Land's mission and vision.

No irrevocable gift, whether outright or life-income in character, will be accepted if under any reasonable set of circumstances the gift would jeopardize the donor’s financial security.

Refunds are not possible.

The Siberian Cedar Land will refrain from providing advice about the tax or other treatment of gifts and will encourage donors to seek guidance from their own professional advisers to assist them in the process of making their donation. Don't assume your donation is tax deductible. Not every in-kind donation is tax-deductible.

Certain other gifts, real property, personal property, in-kind gifts, non-liquid securities, and contributions whose sources are not transparent or whose use is restricted in some manner, must be reviewed prior to acceptance due to the special obligations raised or liabilities they may pose for Siberian Cedar Land.

The Siberian Cedar Land will respect the intent of the donor relating to gifts for restricted purposes and those relating to the desire to remain anonymous. With respect to anonymous gifts, the Siberian Cedar Land will restrict information about the donor to only those staff members with a need to know.

The Siberian Cedar Land will not compensate, whether through commissions, finders' fees, or other means, any third party for directing a gift or a donor to the Siberian Cedar Land.

Siberian Cedar Land reserves the right to change the donation terms and conditions in the
interim.

To be able to make a donation the donor must be 18 or over or have parental consent.
The donor is required to correctly indicate his/her name and identity.
The donor will make the donation using means that he/she may dispose of and has control of.
Privacy
Siberian Cedar Land processes the personal data provided by the donor in accordance with all applicable legal requirements, including in particular the rules pursuant to or under the Personal Data Protection Act.
